Wireless Networks for You, Over The Air Welcome to WNY Over The Air! ATSC 3.0 and 5G Broadcast are emerging wireless network technologies that are being implemented on the public airwaves, and are set to be the future of OTA broadcast services. Bluetooth's broadcast technology, Auracast, allows for a whole new audio experience ecosystem that changes the way short range audio is delivered and shared. Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast greatly enhances public safety. Broadcast is incredibly efficient at sending data. I strongly believe wireless broadcast and multicast technologies have an integral role in the future of wireless connectivity. This channel's main focus is discussing the future of one-to-many/all wireless broadcast technologies. Other topics this channel covers include what can be done without an internet connection, and showcasing modern audio, video, and image compression. The goal of this channel is to make highly technical topics easy to understand.
