I love a slightly slower pace flowing from pose to pose, allowing you to find your perfect place within each pose. I also love to add variations to traditional yoga. I do my best to give excellent cues, encouragement and challenge options. Your Journey Yoga takes a slightly more athletic approach to yoga offering strength challenges along the way.
