Chef Jean-Pierre is a James Beard–nominated chef, television personality, and author of three cookbooks, with 60 years of professional experience. He opened and operated one of America’s Top 100 restaurants for 22 years, later retiring from the restaurant business to open and run a cooking school that trained 42,000 students over 21 years. Chef Jean-Pierre has hosted over 200 cooking shows distributed on PBS, airing in every television market in the United States, as well as in China and Australia. He has appeared 28 times on The Today Show and has also been a guest on Larry King Live, Regis and Kathie Lee, and The Lifetime Channel. After several years of retirement, he is now returning to once again teach and entertain with his fun, straightforward approach to gourmet cooking. Come learn to cook with Chef Jean-Pierre, where great food, great techniques, and great fun come together. As Chef Jean-Pierre likes to say: “If you’re not having fun cooking, you’re not doing it right!”
