My name is Maciek and I'm a backyard grill guy, cooking for my family and friends. Originally from Poland, I had my first taste of American BBQ at age 10. And let's just say I was immediately hooked! In 2017 my loving wife bought me a Big Green Egg for Father's Day. I decided to do what every 35 year old guy does when he gets a new grill.
