Hi, my name is Erik. I am just a regular guy who enjoys cooking and spending time with my family and friends. I have always had a love of food, and feel I have some instincts inside me about cooking from my Mormor (Danish Grandmother) and Morfar (Danish Grandfather). Old school cooking passed down over the generations. Although I have no professional training, I have learned from practice and experience over the years.
