Calisthenics and Handstands for Over 40s. I started training calisthenics and handstands at 37. I'm now 50 and still working on new skills, building strength, improving mobility and challenging what my body can do. This channel is specifically for those of us training in our 40s, 50s and beyond. I share practical tutorials, progressions and training advice covering Handstands, Calisthenics, Bodyweight Strength, Mobility and Flexibility from beginner foundations through to advanced skills. My focus isn't just on getting stronger. It's about training towards skills, moving better, staying mobile and building a strong, capable body for the long term. I've worked in the fitness industry for over 25 years and have spent more than a decade specifically training and coaching handstands and calisthenics. You don't have to have started young. Start where you are and keep progressing.
