We are moms who started shuffling in a garage in 2020. Though we've been neighbors for years, the decision to learn how to shuffle together is what sparked the beginning of our friendship. Not only did we have a ton of fun shuffling and getting a great workout, we also experienced the therapeutic benefits of dance, grew in confidence, and gained a beautiful online community. After many requests from our community on TikTok and Instagram, we finally created Shuffle Courses with everything we wish we could of had at the beginning of our shuffle journey. These courses are for ANYONE who wants to start learning how to shuffle… no dance experience needed! We also have a women's only Shuffle Mamas Community where women of all ages and life stages come together to learn, dance, laugh, and keep it real. This is a supportive space for beginners and those looking to level up their shuffle skills. We love spreading the joy of shuffle dancing!
