About

This channel is for people who’ve tried everything and are still spending most of their day checking in on their body to see if it’s okay. I spent 6 years coaching people through behavior change, and there was always a group I couldn’t quite reach. The ones stuck in a loop I didn’t have a name for yet. Then I ended up in that loop myself. Years of trauma, stress and anxiety had sensitized my nervous system, and I spent a long time trying to fix the wrong thing. Experiencing 25+ symptoms over 2.5 year including body wise chronic pain, I recovered and healed. That experience is what shaped what I teach now. The difference between regulation and desensitization. Blending anxiety/OCD recovery with the new pain neuroscience/neuroplasticity Why the usual fixes don’t hold for a sensitized system. And how to stop reacting to your symptoms long enough for your body to learn it’s safe again. Not medical advice. Education only. Please consult a qualified professional for medical guidance.
